Who We're Looking For

This role manages the ongoing operational relationship with CPasS channel partners and other aggregators globally. The primary focus is to capture, maintain, and update the value of CPasS channel partner deals across multiple use cases. The role involves effectively communicating enterprise customer needs related to messaging and data feeds (location, identity, device), leading quarterly business reviews, and approving new use cases with partners.

Some of What You'll Do

Scope of the Role:

  • Direct Reports: This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational relationships with one or multiple channel partners.
  • Coordinate internal resources to resolve operational issues.
  • Identify, maintain, and update the value of deals with CPasS channel partners and communicate customer needs for messaging and data feeds.
  • Support channel partners with CPaaS solutions and negotiations.
  • Assess the maturity of channel partners' direct connections and data feed strategies to inform account strategies.
  • Collaborate with product managers on reporting and leadership updates.
  • Identify accelerators and impediments to strategic sourcing strategies.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with partners, including new use case approvals.
  • Coordinate with Route Optimization and Product teams for task allocation and reviews.
  • Maintain and develop weekly progress reports.

Experience, Education, and Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 5 years in telecommunications or with a mobile provider.

Additional Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the consultative sales process.
  • Self-directed, comfortable working in ambiguity within a large corporate environment.
