Cognizant is seeking a LabVantage Engineer to translate lab processes into compliant, scalable LIMS-enabled workflows across life sciences environments. You will bridge business needs with LabVantage capabilities, drive requirement workshops, and align data, integrations, and validation activities across global sites.

The LabVantage Engineer is responsible for bridging business requirements and LabVantage LIMS solutions, ensuring effective translation of lab processes into compliant, scalable, and integrated digital workflows across life sciences environments.

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $109,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
