Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in New York City is seeking a talented apparel designer to support the design and development of seasonal collections for the Big Girls Walmart licensed business. You will research trends, create colorways, and present concepts using Illustrator and Photoshop.

You will collaborate with Senior Designers, Graphic Designers, Merchandising, and Product Development, organize design files, and help ensure brand and retailer expectations are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apparel design experience, preferably in children’s or retail apparel.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, color, graphics, and apparel construction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensed apparel experience is a plus.
• Must be located in NYC.
• Position is onsite with some flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
