Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in New York is seeking a designer for the Big Girls Walmart licensed line to support seasonal apparel collections. You will create and refine designs, colorways, and presentations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role is primarily onsite in NYC with some Fridays remote, requiring 2+ years of apparel design experience, strong trend awareness, and excellent organization to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apparel design experience, preferably in children's or retail apparel.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, color, graphics, and apparel construction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensed apparel experience is a plus.
