Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Java Developer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise applications and data integration solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver scalable Java-based systems and REST APIs across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will mentor junior engineers, participate in solution design, and advocate AI-driven automation to improve productivity and delivery efficiency.

Sr. Java Developer

As a Senior Java Developer, you will make an impact by developing and maintaining enterprise applications and data integration solutions that power mission-critical systems. You will be a valued member of the engineering delivery team and work collaboratively with developers, architects, product owners, and cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams.

In this role, you will

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Informatica, and design, build, and support REST APIs, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.

Salary and Other Compensation

• The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $93,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
