Job description

• Analyze and troubleshoot ERP (Preferably SAP) system issues related to Logistics and Supply Chain processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and SMEs to gather and document detailed business requirements for system enhancements and new projects.
• Assist in the functional design and configuration of ERP (Preferably SAP) solutions, focusing on optimizing system performance and user experience.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
• Perform system testing and validation for changes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement system integrations and ensure smooth data flow across applications.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides to support knowledge transfer and compliance.
• Support training initiatives for end-users to enhance system adoption and utilization.

Key Knowledge/Skills/ Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field with 5+ years of relevant IT experience in a supply chain or logistics context.
• Hands‑on experience in supporting ERP (preferably SAP) solutions, particularly in Logistics and Supply Chain modules.
• Strong understanding of End‑to‑End Business processes, including integration points across various applications.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements.
• Familiarity with project methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile, with experience in participating in project teams.
• Knowledge of best practices in IT service support, service delivery, and change control processes.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to learning about emerging technologies and industry standards.
• Training/ Certifications in ERP systems are Preferable.
