Sr. IT Software Engineer - Implementation Team Remote

This role involves leading the design of technology solutions to meet resiliency, stability, and operational readiness requirements. The engineer will own technology solutions, including proactive monitoring, technological roadmap, and communication of system health and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Design technology solutions ensuring resiliency, stability, and operational readiness
• Develop, maintain, and support existing systems and platforms
• Manage work direction, influence, and provide feedback to team members
• Participate in staffing plans and performance reviews
• Own technology solutions, including monitoring and roadmap planning
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required
• 5 years of experience with application development or package software implementation (AS400/IBMi)
• Ability to manage work direction, influence, mentor, and provide feedback

Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
