Orcapod Consulting Services Private Limited is seeking an IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in Domestic IT hiring and contract-to-hire recruitment for a permanent Work From Home role. The position focuses on end-to-end recruitment across Domestic IT and C2H domains, with sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals.

The ideal candidate will screen resumes, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, manage salary discussions and joining formalities, and maintain trackers to meet hiring

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in C2H recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of IT skills and technologies.

We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters with hands-on experience in Domestic IT Hiring and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment for a Permanent Work From Home opportunity.

Job Details

• Position: IT Recruiter
• Experience: 15 Years
• Recruitment Domain: Domestic IT Recruitment & C2H
• Work Mode: 100% Remote / Permanent WFH
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Salary (CTC): 10,000-20,000 per month, depending on interview performance and experience
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Preference: Female candidates

Key Responsibilities
