Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT infrastructure projects simultaneously (typically 3–5).
• Coordinate with construction project managers and cross-functional IT teams.
• Work with hardware, network, and telecommunications teams on purchasing and deployment.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain minutes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and progress tracking.
• Maintain RAID logs, budgets and resource allocation.
• Define scope, obtain cost estimates, and assign resources.
• Communicate project status and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure documentation is complete and stored in repository.
• Adhere to SDLC and infrastructure project standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Translate technical information for business audiences.

Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver IT infrastructure projects while managing budget, schedule, scope, and overall project performance. This role will coordinate cross‑functional IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of multiple concurrent infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, documentation, and driving projects through completion.
