HealthEquity is looking for a Sr. IT Project Manager to lead information system and IT infrastructure projects. This position plays a key role in ensuring good business decisions are made for system/infrastructure purchases as well as on-time and on-budget implementations resulting in quality products that meet business and technical needs. This position will also be responsible to assist the Director, Project Management Office in development and implementation of project management standards related to the full project management lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing (Job Duties & Responsibilities)
  • Responsible for leading the information system and infrastructure project pipeline and yearly project budget forecasts.
  • Responsible for communicating and representing overall IT project pipeline to Executive and Leadership Team members
  • Responsible for coordination and completion of assigned information system and infrastructure projects that cross the entire organization.
  • Work with Project Sponsors and Partners to define project scope and business value.
  • Creation and management of project plans and associated project tasks using earned value calculations.
  • Work with internal team members, vendors, and Partners to define dependencies and resolve issues and risks that arise during project phases.
  • Define and lead to project budgets, including capitalized and operating expenses.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, including LAN/WAN structure, Databases, Virtual server solutions, and Telephony
  • Provides ongoing project status reports and communication to Sponsors, Stakeholders and business leadership team.
  • Hold post-mortem discussions throughout the life of the projects to ensure continuous improvement of IT project methodologies.
  • Measure business value against project baselines and forecasts
  • Key skills include: Leadership skills, Budget Management, Time Management, Risk Management, Analytical skills, Communication & Presentation skills
What you will need to be successful (Skills, Knowledge, & Experience)
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT related field
  • 5+ years leading organizational wide Information System and IT Infrastructure projects
  • PMP Certification Required
  • PMP Certification strongly preferred
  • Microsoft Project certification strongly preferred
  • Preference to those that also have CompTIA certifications (or other IT related certifications)

Salary Range
$104500.00 To $135,500.00 / year
