Responsibilities
- Defines project scope, objectives, key resources, budget, and project plan for multiple Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects or a program.
- Measures project performance, reports, and escalates issues supporting multiple projects or a program.
- Leads complex enterprise IAM projects or serves as a program manager.
- Applies the organization’s project management methodology and enforces IAM and Cyber Portfolio best practices and standards.
- Manages budget following CommonSpirit Health and Cyber Portfolio standards with minimal oversight.
- Prepares reports to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Manages multiple IAM and IT projects simultaneously, occasionally requiring after-hours shifts to ensure patient safety.
- Oversees day-to-day project operations and scope management, applying change management as needed.
- Leads project teams, including managers, analysts, and subject matter experts, in reviews and quality assurance.
- Identifies and minimizes project risks and interdependencies.
- Resolves conflicts and issues promptly, escalating as appropriate.
- Oversees QA processes and ensures proper documentation and storage.
- Develops communication strategies and plans for stakeholders and leadership.
- Provides leadership and coaching to project managers and teams.
- Aligns project activities and manages third-party Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Supports the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
- Contributes to professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two or more relevant security certifications preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience required; 5+ years preferred.
