Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a Sr. Integrations Developer, Workday HCM, to design, build, and maintain integrations that connect our people systems, ensuring secure, scalable data flow across Snowflake's global ecosystem. The role involves working with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), as well as developing integrations between Workday and third-party systems like payroll, benefits, and finance, and our own Snowflake instance to enable advanced analytics. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining integration performance, while adhering to governance and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience, proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services, and familiarity with HR processes and integration tools such as Boomi or MuleSoft. Experience with AI tools like Gemini or ChatGPT is a plus. The position is based in Dublin, CA or Menlo Park, CA, requiring 3 days per week in-office.
