Job description

As a Senior Inside Sales Representative at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, as well as building strong customer relationships. Your expertise in inside sales and strategic thinking will directly influence the company's sales performance and overall business success.

You will report directly to the East Coast Sales Director and work on a hybrid schedule in one of the following states: ME, VT, RI, NY, CT, NJ, PA, WV, KY, MI, IN, DE, OH, MD, DC, VA, PA.

This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact the company's growth by fostering customer relationships and meeting sales targets, positioning Honeywell as a trusted partner and enhancing its market competitiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Manage customer inquiries for several hundred clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing solutions with an 80/20 mindset.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
  4. Support 5 Regional Sales Managers for the Fire Brands (Gamewell FCI and Notifier).
