EdgeVerve is hiring a Sales Leader

to build a focused market strategy and implement pro-active sales activities for our Financial Services vertical. Come join the team and put your net-new sales and business development skills to work today!

You will grow net new business and a new pipeline in the Financial Services space. Requires deep understanding of market and competition to develop appropriate sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise. Manage and grow existing client accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will combine a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to identify opportunities, close deals, and expand our footprint within key financial services institutions.

AI Next’s industry solutions include streamlining retirement withdrawal, automation of investment guidelines compliance, revolutionize KYC processes, and streamline loan processing.

Experience Range

15 years of experience selling multiple software products and services, with at least 5 years focused on the financial services sector.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to expand the adoption of our AI platform within the Financial Services sector.
  • Set goals based on TCV, Revenue, and Sold Deal Margin.
  • Drive revenue growth by closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Convert new accounts for IP and services revenue from a Target Account List.
  • Understand AI technologies, machine learning, and their applications in Financial Services.
  • Understand client challenges, objectives, and regulatory requirements to position the AI platform as a tailored solution.
  • Drive account renewals and expand relationships with stakeholders.
  • Leverage knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data mining technologies to communicate effectively with IT decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution.
Qualifications
  • Experience selling AI, document digitization, and digital solutions, especially in AI, cloud, and managed services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, focusing on TCV or revenue metrics.
  • Deep knowledge of the Financial Services industry, including challenges, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with C-level or VP-level business users.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Result-oriented with a passion for innovation and technology.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
