As a Senior Inside Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. Your expertise in inside sales and strategic thinking will directly impact on the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success.
You will report directly to the East Coast Sales Director, and you'll work on a hybrid work schedule in one of these states: ME, VT, RI, NY, CT, NJ, PA, WV, KY, MI, IN, DE, OH, MD, DC, VA, PA.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company. You will drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's financial success. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers and meet sales targets will position Honeywell as a trusted partner and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Customer Inquiries for Several Hundred Customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions using an 80/20 Mindset
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
• Support 5 Regional Sales Managers for the Gamewell FCI and Notifier Brands Fire Brands

The salary range for this position is $102,000 - $128,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and team management skills

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
Fire and Life Safety experience
Building Automation experience
Passion for sales and achieving results
