Job summary

Quince is hiring a Senior Infrastructure & Devops Engineer to design, build, and maintain highly scalable cloud infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to automate delivery pipelines, implement robust observability, and improve system availability and performance.

Responsibilities include IaC design on AWS, CI/CD optimization, container orchestration with Docker/Kubernetes, and security best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infra Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc.).
• IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation/Pulumi.
• Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) in production.
• CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Observability with Datadog/Prometheus/Grafana/ELK.
• Linux/Networking, DNS, load balancing.

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and maintain highly available, scalable infrastructure on AWS using IaC.
• Build, optimize, and secure CI/CD pipelines for zero-downtime deployments.
• Manage and scale containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for high availability and proactive incident management.
• Lead capacity planning, automated scaling, DR testing, and blue-green deployments.
• Enforce security best practices, networking standards, access controls, and data protection.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve Developer Experience across the SDLC.
