Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our hybrid technology team. You will build, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure (EKS, ECS, API Gateway) and help automate delivery pipelines.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure reliability, security, and cost efficiency, while staying current with AWS services and DevOps trends. This role requires a bachelor's degree and hands-on experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring tools, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or related field or equivalent.
• Experience with Docker, EKS, Kubernetes.
• IaC using Terraform and monitoring with CloudWatch/Prometheus/Grafana.
• CI/CD pipelines and related technologies.
• Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure using EKS, ECS, and API Gateway.
• Automate deployments with Terraform, CloudFormation, and scripting.
• Monitor and alert systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with dev teams to deploy applications on AWS.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply security, scalability, and cost-optimization best practices in AWS.
• Document processes and configurations.
