Job Summary

Under the direction of the Chief Information Security Officer and Manager - Information Security Operations, the Senior Information Security Analyst assists with planning, implementing, and maintaining the information security program, including security administration, operations, risk management, education, policy development, and other duties.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage user identifiers, credentials, and perform access reviews.
2. Test backup media for information integrity.
3. Coordinate cybersecurity incident response activities and respond to alerts.
4. Compile and analyze security logs and establish monitoring operations.
5. Develop and implement security awareness and training programs.
6. Develop KPIs and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
7. Perform other duties as assigned and adapt to different work environments.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of experience as a privacy-security compliance specialist, security analyst, or IT auditor, or 7 years of experience in similar roles.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s in IT, Security, or related field; 2 years healthcare experience; 1 year in a senior or lead role.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, CySA+, CASP+, GSEC, or CRISC.
