Position Summary
Leads a team in successful implementations of Legion or other leading workforce management solutions. Partners with clients to document business requirements and use cases on how solutions will be utilized. Assists clients in the assessment and implementation of various Legion modules, devices, and/or solutions. Evaluates client needs, provides industry specific best practices, and designs configurations that support business processes. Develops projects plans and leads team on delivery and implementation. Assists team with configuration of systems to the client’s specifications and provides guidance. Develops testing plans and oversees troubleshooting techniques to complete final system configurations. Ensures the delivery of training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.

Responsibilities:
- Leads a team of consultants in successful implementations of Workforce Management Software modules
- Develops project plans and track the teams progress including budgetary constraints
- Assists external clients in the analysis and implementation of various WFM modules, devices and/or solutions
- Evaluates client needs, develops configurations that support business processes
- Defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans
- Develops test plans and oversees troubleshooting techniques in support of final system - configurations.
- Ensures delivery of training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
- Prepares and participates in pre-sales product demonstrations
- Day-to-day project leadership tasks of client projects and implementations
- Development of weekly status and client presentations as required
- Keep abreast of new technologies that provide efficiency gains for our clients’ businesses
- Primarily Remote Work, but travel (10% - 20%) required for certain clients, and sometimes independently, throughout the US and Internationally
- SME in many of the following competencies: laborplanning, forecasting, scheduling, timekeeping, attendance tracking, accruals, budgeting, payroll, and task management solutions
- Knowledge of Data Integrations including workflows for troubleshooting purposes
- Conducts client engagements including client staff and internal teams; effectively interact and communicate directly with clients
- Demonstrates sufficient business knowledge to prioritize daily activities
- Assists in the development of comprehensive presentations at the appropriate level of detail to explain business requirements and the technical solutions that support them
- Working knowledge of database design and business intelligence tools for the purpose of investigation and problem solving
- Demonstrates ability to assess and solve problems quickly
- Demonstrates strong Excel-based abilities, including data analysis and data manipulation techniques in support of translating client data into system requirements
- Flexibility to work alternative hours, including evenings and weekends, when required based on project demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or relevant experience
- Five or more years of experience in Workforce Management Systems (Legion, Logile, Zebra (Reflexis), Kronos/UKG, Blue Yonder, Ceridian, Red Prairie, Blue Cube, JDA, Workbrain, Empower etc.) or other relevant forecasting or scheduling platforms in Retail or Supply Chain
- Experience with labor management, forecasting, scheduling, timekeeping, attendance tracking, accruals, budgeting, payroll, and task management solutions
- Preferred: Legion or other workforce management implementation certifications
- Strong knowledge of Project Management tools and methodologies
- Preferred: Knowledge of core IE principles, including Labor Standards, MOST, and time studies
- Preferred: Working knowledge of business intelligence platforms as it relates to the verticals being serviced
- Excellent knowledge and functional capabilities with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Ability to speak and present yourself well with client project teams and lead both business and technical discussions
- Strong work ethic and capability to work independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Working conditions
Primary work environment is a Home Office. When Consultants are working from home, they are expected to set up and maintain a quiet, productive workspace with an appropriate workstation, a high-speed internet connection, and phone or cell phone connection, a printer, and all other necessary office supplies.
Work hours are primarily during normal business hours Monday through Friday but vary based on the client. On limited occasions, Configuration Analysts may be asked to work outside of these normal hours:
- Time of day: Flexible work hours, but occasional evenings (5 PM - 10 PM) or overnight (10 PM – 6 AM) based on time zones and client needs
- Day of week: Monday - Friday, weekends as necessary based on client needs
