Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health is the first new full-service hospital in Washington, DC in more than 20 years, integrating clinical care with existing community providers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC’s), The George Washington University Hospital, and our Urgent Care Center in Ward 8. This integrated delivery system is a robust network of care for all District residents, especially residents of Wards 7 and 8, ensuring access to high-quality care in their community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a broad range of HR support, including complex and specialized assignments.
  • Handle employee relations investigations and support HR operations and hospital leadership in performance management, employee engagement, orientation, reporting, compensation, HR training, and responding to inquiries.
  • Offer consultation, coaching, and advice to hospital leaders, including addressing engagement and alignment issues and helping implement action plans.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and flexibility to meet changing leadership needs.
  • Maintain professionalism and service excellence to achieve optimal results.
