The Human Resources Generalist supports key HR functions including recruitment and staffing, benefits administration, performance management, data reporting, and daily administrative operations. This role helps coordinate hiring and onboarding processes, administers employee benefits, maintains HR systems, and records, and assists with performance review tracking. The position ensures efficient HR operations and provides responsive support to employees and managers.
