What You’ll Do

As our Senior HR Generalist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things HR. You’ll handle the day-to-day HR responsibilities while also supporting long-term strategic improvements.

• Manage recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits, and offboarding
• Ensure employee records and policies are current and compliant
• Assist with employee relations and act as a trusted point of contact
• Maintain our HRIS system (BambooHR) and support HR reporting
• Serve as backup for payroll (not a primary responsibility)
• Work cross-functionally with leadership to improve HR processes and reduce costs
• Lead or support HR programs such as training, wellness, and engagement

What You Bring

• 3+ years in an HR Generalist or equivalent role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through
• Experience with HRIS systems (we use BambooHR)
• A heart for people and a mind for business
