Sika Marion, OH seeks a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, safety, and policy management. The role partners with managers to optimize talent, culture, and compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities include full life cycle recruiting, offer letters, onboarding, time and attendance, HR reporting, and engagement initiatives while upholding confidentiality and company policies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of Human Resource experience, including HRIS experience.
• Prior ATS experience; SmartRecruiters is a plus.

Sr. Human Resources Generalist## About the Role***Broad Function and Purpose of Position***:This position provides support to a wide variety of Human Resource Generalist duties, including policies, practices, and programs to support recruitment, onboarding, time and attendance, HRIS systems, and safety.
