Base pay range

$21.63/hr - $34.62/hr

Summary

The primary focus of this position is to provide operations and administrative support to the 3 HRBP leaders and their teams. Reporting directly to the Enabling Functions HR Senior Director, the candidate will manage, prioritize, and complete tasks and requests across these teams. This role requires a self-driven, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting diverse work assignments. Enterprise collaboration, multitasking, and stakeholder management are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative, operational, and project support for the HRBP teams, requiring proficiency with MS Office and MyHR Connection.
  • Support HR processes such as performance management, calibration, compensation planning, and talent reviews by running reports, providing data analytics, creating PowerPoint materials, and coordinating meetings.
  • Partner with Workforce Analytics to understand and optimize reporting capabilities, assisting with HR metrics reporting and gaining proficiency in MyHR Connection reporting tools.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including bi-weekly HRBP calls, and prepare agendas as needed.
  • Support HRBPs and business leaders with transaction processing in MyHR Connection.
  • Create PowerPoint decks and other presentation materials.
  • Assist with enterprise transformation projects through administrative and light data analytics support.
  • Collaborate with HR Flex team and HR Centers of Excellence on various projects.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of HR processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in HR
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration (preferred)
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of HRIS tools like SAP SuccessFactors and reporting
  • Organizational skills and experience with process improvement
  • Experience handling confidential data
