Advantech USA is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership for a fast-paced, multi-location sales environment. This onsite role in Tustin, CA requires leadership in workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations with periodic travel.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in HR, strong data skills, and a track record of aligning people strategies with business goals. Bachelor’s in HR and SHRM/PHR preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience supporting multi-state and/or sales organizations.
• Proven experience in both strategic HR planning and operational execution.
• Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills with leaders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and data skills; comfortable working with complex HRIS/reporting tools.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
• Willingness to travel periodically as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, particularly within sales and client-facing business units, driving people strategies that enable performance and business success.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational design across multi-state locations.
• Partner closely with department heads and managers on employee relations, performance management, team effectiveness, and manager coaching.
• Working with the Compensation COE, oversee compensation reviews, pay structure design, job leveling, and benchmarking analysis.
• Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (COEs) and cross-functional business leaders to deliver integrated, tailored HR solutions across all employee lifecycle stages.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop actionable insights and proactive solutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring compliance.
• Lead change management and engagement initiatives that support culture and inclusion efforts.
• Ensure timely, proactive communication with internal customer groups on HR matters and assigned projects.

About this position:

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. Required Qualifications:

• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification.
