Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee associate relations, policy programs, and payroll operations across our organization within the United States.

You will drive leadership development and coaching for senior teams while ensuring benefits, compensation, and compliance align with regulations. This role requires a strategic partner who can influence business leaders, champion inclusion, and implement effective HR programs across multiple facilities in a complex

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR management experience managing a team of HR professionals.
• 5+ years as an HR Business Partner with cross-functional exposure.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for developing, coaching, and mentoring leaders.
• Proven ability to influence business leaders as a trusted partner.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs related to associate relations.
• Foster leadership development and a training-centric mentality at all levels, including coaching of senior leadership.
• Lead benefits communications, enrollment, and related issue resolution.
• Run compensation for hourly and exempt-level roles and distribute payroll accurately.
• Ensure building operations comply with government laws and regulations.
• Lead performance management for the entire building.
• Promote inclusion via recreation, promotions, and I&D training.

• Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs related to associate relations.

Who We’re Looking For: You.

• 10+ years of HR Management experience working with a team of other HR professionals
• 5+ years working as an HR Business Partner with direct exposure to multiple HR subject areas
• Achieved level of PHR or SPHR is preferred
• A passion for developing, coaching, and mentoring business leaders, both inside and outside of HR
• Demonstrable experience influencing business leaders and impacting the operation as a trusted business partner

This position has a starting salary range of $117,000.00 to $152,100.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
