TJX Companies’ HomeGoods Distribution Center Jefferson, GA is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead a 100+ associate team across shifts, driving productivity and safety in daily operations.

You will coach and develop supervisors, collaborate with peers and senior leaders, and help implement process improvements while upholding TJX values and a diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience managing diverse teams of 100+ associates.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management.
• Must be available to support multiple shifts.
• 4 year degree preferred in Business, Logistics or Industrial Engineering.

Who We’re Looking For: You.

• Previous experience managing diverse teams of 100+ associates
• 4+ years supervisory experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; ability to provide feedback and develop other leaders
• Strong reasoning, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to others
• Strong technical skills including, word, excel and WMS experience
• Must be available to support multiple shifts
• 4 year degree in Business, Logistics or Industrial Engineering preferred

This position has a starting salary range of $95,800.00 to $122,100.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
