Responsibilities

• Manage HR services across multiple sites and a team of HR professionals, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective delivery.
• Partner with senior leadership, including Sr Operations and Commercial Directors.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent management, communication, leadership development, and learning & development.
• Provide guidance on complex issues, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with management and employees to foster high retention and morale.

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with 8-10 years HR experience; or Master’s degree with 6-8 years HR experience.
• At least 3 years in a large, matrixed manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Workday (2+ years).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze metrics and support executive talent development.
• Leadership skills with experience guiding and developing HR teams.
• Experience supporting diverse, global workforces, including unionized environments.
