Job summary

Honest Health is seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to lead the implementation of Workday modules and maintain HRIS platforms. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll to design integrated, compliant solutions, develop system documentation, and produce actionable reports and analytics for business users.

The role requires strong data privacy knowledge, multi-project management, and a detail-oriented approach to ensure data accuracy and system reliability across HR processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HRIS administration.
• Experience with Workday Core Human Capital Management and Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with configuration of multiple HR modules.
• Strong understanding of data structures, systems integrations, and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
