Qualifications

• Experience in HR Shared Services or enterprise HR operations.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle transactions and HR processes.
• Experience evaluating and improving high-volume HR workflows.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and process improvement focus.
• Ability to identify exceptions, trends, and issues requiring escalation.

• Recommend standardization, streamlining, and automation of HR processes.

• Partner with Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Business Partners, and other HR teams.
• Provide guidance and support to the team on complex requests and process improvements.

This long-term contract role will focus on evaluating and improving HR service delivery, helping the team streamline processes and build a more scalable approach as the organization continues to grow. Responsibilities

• Evaluate current HR workflows, processes, and transaction volume
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for greater efficiency
