Sr HR Generalist (Finance)



As a Senior HR Generalist at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our HR Services function. Your responsibilities include managing HR operations such as employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and support the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs aligned with our business objectives. This role is based in one of our locations: Houston, Texas, Charlotte, North Carolina, or Atlanta, Georgia, with a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the development and retention of our talented workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage employee relations, including handling inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  2. Support performance management processes such as goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
  3. Partner with the talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent.
  4. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  5. Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business goals.
  6. Provide guidance and support to HR team members on HR practices and regulations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of HR experience, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Experience managing employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
