Under the direction of the Chief Network Officer, this role will execute all HR functions, including compensation and benefits, performance management, recruitment, staffing, staff training, and development. The primary responsibility is to update, implement, and enforce HR policies and activities that support our business strategy and comply with laws.
The environment is fast-paced and moderately quiet. Use of office equipment is expected. May need to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires sitting at a workstation for up to 8 hours daily. Travel of 10-15% may be required.
