Sr. HR Generalist
Delafield, WI

Under the direction of the Chief Network Officer, this role will execute all HR functions, including compensation and benefits, performance management, recruitment, staffing, staff training, and development. The primary responsibility is to update, implement, and enforce HR policies and activities that support our business strategy and comply with laws.

Essential Functions
  • Execute all activities of the HR department.
  • Perform payroll duties, including processing bi-weekly payroll, reconciliation, coordinating 401k and payroll updates, and leading the 401k audit process.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and facilitate open enrollment benefit changes.
  • Conduct recruitment efforts, including writing and posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, reference checks, extending offers, and onboarding new employees.
  • Assist with disciplinary actions, terminations, exit interviews, and unemployment tasks.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, maintain employee handbook, and provide policy guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and compliance with record retention.
  • Coordinate training for managers and staff.
  • Perform other duties, including special projects and cross-training.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including benefits, employee relations, and payroll.
  • Experience with Paylocity preferred.
  • HCRI or SHRM certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, typing, and speaking English.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

The environment is fast-paced and moderately quiet. Use of office equipment is expected. May need to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires sitting at a workstation for up to 8 hours daily. Travel of 10-15% may be required.
