CHOICE Healthcare Services is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to advise leaders and staff across the organization. The role supports employee relations, investigations, coaching, performance management, and HR programs in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

We welcome remote candidates residing in CA, NV, AZ, NM, or CO, with a pay range of $85,000–$90,000 per year based on experience. This position offers comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Knowledge of state employment law in CA/NV/AZ/NM/CO.
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigations experience.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, multi-site operations, retail, or DSO environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide compliant recommendations.
• Coach leaders through complex people situations and organizational change.

About the Role: The Senior Human Resources Generalist serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the organization. This role supports employee relations, workplace investigations, leadership coaching, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, and HR programs. • Comfortable working independently while building strong partnerships across the organization.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, multi-site operations, retail, or DSO environments is a plus.
