Job Title: Sr. HR Business Partner (SR.HRBP)
Department: People Department
Reports To: VP, Head of People

The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) manages daily operations within the People Department, aligning with agency needs and priorities. Working closely with the Vice President of People (VPP), this role leads the development and implementation of services, policies, and programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, development, and legal compliance. The ideal candidate is perceptive, an excellent communicator, trustworthy, strategic, tactically capable, and maintains high integrity and confidentiality.
