Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas seeks a Senior Hands-on Tech Lead for Architecture Distributed Systems in Addison, TX. You will drive end-to-end delivery, guide a small agile team of developers, testers, and a product owner, and set architecture direction with stakeholders.

You will define the vision for distributed systems and establish guardrails for timely, quality delivery. The role emphasizes leadership in Java, Spring, and modern microservice architectures, including event-driven patterns,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with Java, Spring, Mule, Architecture, Kafka, Oracle Databases, and experience leading teams.
• Desirable Generative AI exposure and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery and leadership of small agile teams including developers, testers and a PO.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance, remove blockers, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Define the vision for architectural solutions and provide guardrails for POs and developers to ensure timely delivery.

Senior Hands on Tech Lead. Responsible for End to end delivery and leading a small agile teams composed of developers, testers and a PO. Expected to provide technical leadership/architecture guidance to the team, clear roadblocks, solve design challenges and collaborate with stakeholders. Defining the vision for architectural solutions and providing guidance and guardrails for the PO's and developers to ensure timely and successful delivery
