We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Graphic Designer for our professional services client. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, art directors, and internal stakeholders to develop compelling visual content that supports marketing campaigns, events, and business development initiatives, primarily within the financial services space.

This role requires strong conceptual thinking, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging, impactful visuals. You'll lead design consultations, guide creative direction, and manage multiple projects from concept to completion while upholding brand consistency and quality.

This is a 3-6 month project opportunity working remotely.We are considering candidates located in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Portland, and St. Louis who are eligible to work on a W-2 basis.

C2C, 1099, and third-party arrangements will not be considered.

Pay: $37 – 42/hour W2 + benefits. Paid Weekly!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define creative goals and deliver high-impact visual communications across print, digital, and presentation formats.
• Create visually engaging assets including campaign materials, event graphics, marketing collateral, and sales presentations.
• Lead design ideation and execution, from mood boards and creative briefs to final deliverables.
• Mentor peers and junior creatives by providing direction, feedback, and design expertise.
• Manage project workflows, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of senior-level design experience in an agency or in-house creative environment.
• A strong digital portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and polished execution across multiple mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint; knowledge of Teams and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for both print and digital, with familiarity in production processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting ideas and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in the financial services sector, especially in business marketing, events, and client proposals, is a plus.
