Job Summary : About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to support our creative team with innovative and compelling visual content. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, strong branding experience, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This role can be remote.

Day-to-Day :

• Develop high-quality visual assets for digital and print, including marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, email templates, and event collateral.
• Uphold and enhance brand consistency across all creative materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing regional marketing teams and copywriting to bring campaigns and concepts to life.
• Create visually engaging deliverables that effectively communicate key messages.
• Execute projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
• Provide creative direction, design refinements, and quality control for all deliverables.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, design innovations, and best practices.

About You :

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital design, and marketing assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other relevant design tools.
• Experience designing for web, social media, and print with a strong understanding of responsive design principles.
• Nice to have : Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent typography skills, and a keen sense of layout and composition.
