Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Senior Program Manager/Program Manager for Global Manufacturing Electrical & SDV. You will lead programs spanning manufacturing operations, vehicle launches, and plant readiness, coordinating engineering, software, IT, quality, and operations teams to deliver on objectives.

You will influence stakeholders, manage complex plans, and communicate status to executives while ensuring risk mitigation and timely execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or related experience.
• Experience leading complex programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead program strategy, scope, roadmap, and governance.
