1. Genesys Framework, Genesys Voice Platform(GVP) including SIP Server, URS, Config Server, DB Server, Routing Stat Servers, Reporting Stat Servers, Interaction Center
2. Application Operation, Maintenance and Development and architect experience
3. Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) and Framework
4. Change, Incident/Service Request/ Release Management on Genesys, Upgrades of Genesys components
