Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• 4 years of experience in GVP (Genesys Voice Portal) development.
• 3 years in JAVA, J2EE development.
• Experience in Avaya, VXML technology and SQL is a Plus.
• Exposure to Routing Strategies like IRD, ORS is a Plus.
• 3 years in Software Development and Designing.

Skill set: Contact Center Products/Utilities, Genesys, Supply Chain Management, Genesys, XML Technologies, VXML

• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
