Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. General Manager (Operations Manager) for a critical DoD contracted effort at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The role requires a TOP SECRET clearance and 10 years of related experience, with an MS/MA in a technical or business field.

You will lead, manage, and interface with Government program authorities, oversee contractor execution of contract requirements, and develop SOPs to improve effectiveness. This is a full-time on-site position contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in the labor category functional description.
• Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.
• Serves as the primary interface with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
• Oversees contractor execution of the contract requirements.
• Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
• Duties include developing and implementing standard operating procedures to improve the effectiveness of the contracted effort.
