Job description

Duration: 1-Year Contract

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations including FTL, LTL, Ocean, Air, and other transportation modes.
• Coordinate with warehouses for cargo receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
• Schedule and track shipments with trucking and shipping carriers.
• Prepare and review shipping documents such as B/L, AWB, BOL, invoices, and packing lists.
• Process customer invoices (A/R) and verify vendor invoices (A/P).
• Monitor shipment profitability and support P&L tracking.
• Complete shipment settlement and closing activities.
• Maintain accurate records in TMS/ERP systems.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Assist with claims and issue resolution related to delays, damage, or loss.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures, warehouse coordination, and customs processes.
• Bilingual in Korean and English (required).
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
