Inova Health is looking for a dedicated Sr. Financial Performance Analyst - Revenue Cycle to join the Team. This remote role will be full-time day-shift working Monday - Friday.
The Sr. Financial Performance Analyst - Revenue Cycle serves as the senior data analyst for the Financial Performance Analytics department. Analyzes financial trends (complex) for improvement and efficiency opportunities. Works with leadership and other health system teams on system-wide and ad-hoc projects spanning across service lines and divisions. Serves as financial resource in report logic development, process design, and project implementation. Leads data gathering, data validation, and reporting processes for internal and external financial analytics reporting.
