Role

As a Sr. Financial Analyst supporting our Global Supply Chain (GSC) Strategy and Program Management Office (PMO), you will play a critical role in driving financial visibility, analytical insights, and strategic decision support for initiatives such as manufacturing strategy, cost savings, and continuous improvement across the global supply chain. Your responsibilities include:

• Partnering with GSC Strategy/PMO teams and the Sr Finance Manager to provide financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
• Supporting manufacturing strategy projects via financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.
• Monitoring and reporting on savings from cost-reduction initiatives and transformation programs.
• Supporting transition and separation activities related to the company's divestiture from 3M, including cost development and carve-out planning.
• Developing dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to track progress and value realization.
• Ensuring financial governance and compliance with internal controls.

Your Skills And Expertise

Minimum requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 7 years of finance manufacturing experience, OR
• High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience.

Preferred qualifications include:

• 5+ years in financial planning & analysis within manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.
• Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems like SAP, Power BI, Tableau.

Work location: Remote - United States

Travel: Up to 10%

Compensation: $137,439 - $167,981 annually, including base and variable pay.
