Role Overview:

As a Sr. Financial Analyst supporting our Global Supply Chain (GSC) Strategy and Program Management Office (PMO), this role will be critical in driving financial visibility, analytical insights, and strategic decision support for initiatives such as manufacturing strategy, cost savings, and continuous improvement across the global supply chain. Your impact will include:

1. Partnering with GSC Strategy/PMO teams and the Sr. Finance Manager to provide financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for strategic initiatives.
2. Supporting manufacturing strategy projects via financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.
3. Monitoring and reporting on savings from cost-reduction initiatives and transformation programs.
4. Providing finance support for transition and separation activities related to the company's divestiture from 3M, including cost development and carve-out planning.
5. Developing dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to monitor progress and value realization.
6. Ensuring financial governance and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications:

Minimum requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university with 7+ years in finance manufacturing experience, or
• High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of relevant experience, combined with 5+ years in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and manufacturing strategy projects.

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and experience managing complex financial models.
• Supporting large-scale transformation initiatives or corporate separations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/reporting systems like SAP, Power BI, Tableau.

Compensation & Benefits:
