  • Support pricing, customer profitability, commercial terms, renewals, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate profitability and support commercial decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance and profitability.
  • Develop a strong understanding in cost drivers like payroll taxes and workers compensation insurance.

  • Support annual planning, budgeting, and performance management processes.
  • Deliver reporting, analysis, and insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.
  • Reconcile financial and sales data to ensure integrity and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Continuously improve reporting, processes, and governance to drive efficiency and better decision support.
  • Collaborate closely with Accounting and Finance Operations to ensure robust support for the Revenue function.

Cross-Functional & Strategic Support
  • Partner with Accounting and Finance Operations to ensure a robust month-end close process.
  • Lead or support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives across Commercial Finance and FP&A.
  • Act as a highly independent individual contributor, operating with minimal supervision and strong ownership.
Other Responsibilities

  • A track record of looking at a manual, 4‑hour task and finding a way to do it in 15 minutes using modern productivity tools.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to troubleshoot complex spreadsheet formulas, summarize large datasets, or bridge gaps between different software systems.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in a PE backed company
