BroadStreet Partners in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. The role partners with senior leadership and Core Partner agencies to provide financial analysis and drive continuous improvement across accounting and finance operations.

Location: Columbus, Ohio with M-TH in office and Friday remote. You will support month-end close, lease accounting, and financial modeling for acquisitions, while ensuring high-quality reporting and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• CPA license preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze month-end journal entries and account reconciliations for complex accounting areas.
• Perform quarterly fluctuation analyses to support financial reporting and close process.
• Assist with lease accounting under ASC 842 and own related accounting processes.
• Review reconciliations and provide guidance as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiencies.
• Serve as the primary finance liaison for Core Partner agencies.
• Support purchase accounting and financial modeling for acquisitions.
• Partner with Core agencies on complex accounting transactions and initiatives.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement across Finance.

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team in Columbus, Ohio. This role partners closely with senior leadership and Core Partner agencies to provide financial analysis, support strategic initiatives, and help drive continuous improvement across accounting and finance operations.

Location: Columbus, Ohio (M-TH in office, F remote)

What You'll Do

• Prepare and analyze month‑end journal entries and account reconciliations for complex accounting areas.
• Perform quarterly fluctuation analyses to support the financial reporting and close process.
• Assist with lease accounting under ASC 842 and maintain ownership of related accounting processes.
• Review reconciliations prepared by Financial Analysts and provide guidance as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and operational efficiencies.
• Serve as the primary finance and accounting liaison for assigned Core Partner agencies.
• Support purchase accounting and financial modeling for acquisitions.
• Partner with Core agencies to support complex accounting transactions and financial initiatives.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement efforts across the Finance organization.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• CPA license preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.
• CPA firm experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple business units.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
