The ideal candidate has 2+ years of financial analysis experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience.
• Strong Excel skills with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis comparing actual results to budget/forecast.
• Support the preparation of management reporting packages and executive presentations.
• Partner with department leaders to gather data and provide financial insight for decision-making.
• Assist with the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
