Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to manage consolidated financial plans, rolling forecasts, budgeting, and long-term planning. You will report to the VP of Finance and support cross-functional decision-making with strong analytical and communication skills.

The role requires detail-oriented, independent work ethic and experience with BI tools. Familiarity with Domo, Power BI, and Excel is a plus in a fast-paced, consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited university.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in consumer goods or inventory-related field.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data extraction from systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report financial plans and forecasts for all areas of the business, including consolidated Vuori data.
• Support the forecast and budget process, establish calendars, standardize templates and reporting for full three-statement forecast.
• Establish regular meetings with cost center and channel owners to communicate monthly results.
• Support accounting close by reviewing variances and identifying adjustments.
• Partner with channel owners to understand forecast variances and plan impacts.
• Develop KPI dashboards and expand financial reporting with BI tools.
• Automate finance processes and create what-if models for strategic decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Reporting to theVP of Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst willbe responsible formanaging the consolidated financial plans and reporting for all areas of the business. This role will support monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts, along with the annual budgeting and long-term planning processes. The senior financial analyst will work across the business to report onand monitor trends in performance to inform business decisions,establishbudget vs. actual reporting, and support the updating of financial models to support forecast/close reviews. Thisposition requires a detailedfocusedand organizedindividual,with an ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will havestrongworkethics,goodcommunication skills, andan ability to work well with others but also independently.

What you'll get to do:

• Manageand reportfinancial plans and forecasts for all areas of the business, includingconsolidatedVuori. Provide visibility to actual results versus budget, forecast and prior yearandassistin creating the commentary around the specific drivers of performance.
• Supportthe existing forecast and budget process, includingestablishingthe workback calendar,managing key dates and deliverables,standardizing templates,and reportingfor the full three-financial statement forecast.
• Establish regular meetings with cost center and channel owners, to communicate monthly results anddetermineimpactsrelevant to the forecast.
• Support the accounting close by reviewing variances fromthe forecasttoidentifyany necessary accruals or other adjustments to the financial statements.
• Partner with channel owners tounderstand the variances from forecast and plan.
• Work withthe Financeand Business Intelligence team to develop KPI-based dashboards and expand financial reporting,leveragingexisting technologies to automate financial reporting.
• Enhance/automate finance processes, models, and reporting,challenge existingassumptionsand methodologies.
• Create what-if business models to analyze potential outcomes from strategic decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Who you are:

• Bachelor’sdegree or equivalentdegree from an accredited university in accounting or finance.
• Certified Public Accountantor MBApreferred.
• 5+years ofprogressive finance experience, preferably in consumer goods or another inventory-related field.
• Strong analytical skills – Advanced analysis and excel skills, and familiarity using and extracting data from various systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinkingwith a natural curiosity to find theanswer.
• Familiarity with BI toolsisa plus (Domo, Power BI).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Must bedetail-orientedandorganized, with an ability tomaintainmultiple versions of forecasts.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills areimportant, due to the need to work cross functionally in a fast-growing company.
• Flexible team player that enjoys hands on responsibilities, with an ability to be proactive anda self-starter.
• Ability to work independently and effectivelyresearchand solve problems.
• Apparel industry and experiencewithFull Circle, Microsoft d365,Shopify a plus.

The salary range for this role is $94,000 per year - $120,000 per year.This role is bonus eligible.
