Job Summary

The Senior Finance Manager, Healthcare Enterprise IT provides strategic financial leadership for UK HealthCare's enterprise technology operations and investments. Serving as a primary advisor to the Vice President for IT/Enterprise CIO , this role oversees financial planning and management for an approximately $250 million IT budget, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, financial reporting, investment analysis, and resource allocation.
The position establishes enterprise financial governance, guides technology investment decisions, leads process improvement efforts, and partners across healthcare entities to promote accountability, consistency, and responsible financial stewardship.
This position is hybrid eligible.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Understanding of the healthcare industry, trends, issues, risks, etc. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in finance in an integrated healthcare environment. Advanced computer skills with strong knowledge of spreadsheet programs; experience with database and decision support systems is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Education/Experience

7+ years of experience in finance or Health Administration and membership in and designation from a professional society such as HFMA , ACHE and/or CPME preferred.
